They don't much project, they will hire you for a specific project and once that will be completed you get struggle to get another project as they have very less project. Also whatever project they have most of them are for very short term.

...ts of each team...of 20 beat performer only 2 or 3 get promoted in 6-8 years.. I was best in beginning upto 2 years after that I was demoralised by company's promotion policies and very low salary even after working 6-8 years.. You will start at 20 k approx and even if you get promoted in 6-8 years as lead after working very hard ,you will end up with salary of maximum 30-35 km..this is true relaity of this company... Yes few good things about this company is..you do not get easily fired from thia company oncr you get the job..and office environment is very friendly and good...

Low salary...no promotion in 6-8 years for top performers and no good increment..your salary will increase rs 500-800 per years.. You get promotion (if you perform good) but they are temporary promotions without any increment in salary.. You will never get permanent in 6-8 years..only 1 or 2% employees get promoted on time..

Colleagues and few seniors are corporative and helpul.

...lways works for their own goods and there is zero percent employee satisfaction. When they need you they will pay you and when the need is over they will throw you out of the company by paying extra 1-2 months salary. I have seen many examples infront of me and felt very bad for them. People are working on the same position from last 2-3 years. Finally I quit this organization as I can't see this type of injustice.

The growth and the work culture. The company has a nice hierarchy system. Every department is well channelized, organised and connected. Issue resolution is very fast. The company uses many advance software tools to ease the work. Transport app is amazing. Transport is the best facility. Every position has its liberty, freedom and authority within the company policy. Management allows employees to share their productive ideas and empowers to implement their ideas within the company policy. Place is very spacious on production floor and cafeteria. Company keeps on upgrading their computer hardware. Great place to work and learn.

The pay package is not that great or up to the market standards. Company has lost many dedicated and talented employees because of the same reason.

No Basic standard of work. They allow Couple to work together. I had very bad experience this time as i was working for HDFC Bank as Quality AM. And under me there were 5 QA. Out of which one QA named Shabana Chowdhury was having relationship with that process Manager Ganesh Mishra. That the reason she never used to follow my instructions, and because of that i was unable to have control over other QA. I several time i have highlighted to my Managers. However no steps was taken on them while i was put in PIP. When i joined no handover given to me. No Certification done . Not proper product knowledge provided. Operation any time used to ask for any type of analysis from Quality. If any time i used to enforce any work to Shabana then Ganesh was very aware what all work are not done by the QA so he used to put a stinker mail asking me. So in this way i suffered a lot even my QA's they never used to work as per required. Even one of my Quality Manager Anand Kantha was biased. I have worked earlier that time under Ashish Tere i was having great support and i performed in several place. But under Farook i suffered a lot. Even i asked for process change they didn't supported and at last this time with in 6 month i resigned.
