The company promotes itself that it supports Diversity in culture while the majority of the people have this pre conception about discriminative elements religious and casteist.Even though reiterated in the meetings,the people always tend to speak in hindi even in official meeting and events forgeting that its a MNC.The work standard is so poor in maintaining decorum.

Likes

The work environment , training , and teammates . This is something which I like. Support from the team and teammates this includes the TL and Manager as well.

Dislikes

The salary appraisal and the salary structure. This needs to be worked out.

Process were good but growing rate very low and TL are quite bossy not friendly....job security is 5 out of 5 but growing as in professionally and financially verry negligible

Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.
