In CNX after so much hard work , I didn't even get sufficient salary and hike. After 4 years and 3 promotions my salary is almost similar to an agent . In your notice period they will avoid you and do nothing for you. Even they do not pick your calls .

The policy the management. The rules changes according to people. Office politics, no promotion, asking people to work on higher designations without promotion and salary hikes. Worthless rules in order to get incentives.

There is no work pressure. They believe in Concentrix One. They provide many learning opportunities (offline and online).

Dislikes

Yearly salary increment is very less. Salary of the employees who are working for almost 5-6 years are lesser than newly joined.

Job security is on of the best part in this organization. Additionally work culture, management and as well as company policies are also good.

As far as my opinion is concerned, compensation part is not upto the mark.

My team member and team manager are very nice, Supportive. Salary getting on every month's last day.

There are training that are only for showing. Zero percent job.security. several politics with growth process. They 1st choose Favored candidate and release growth opportunity(IJP) as per that candidate level. Appraisal always late. No travel no team fund. Leaning also a just for show. Work environment so dangers there are insect bedbugs mosquitos and dust on floor. Believe me one day there was BAT on floor. There are only cost cutting. Before Concentrix it was a IBM and IBM was a very nice company. With all things and facilities. Concentrix started closing every facility under cost cutting. No work life balance. There are no any facility as shown below list.
