I don't like concentrix HR for interview round many time agent have sat thare so they are tire so that's why you have to improve this. Some time also HR can not help us so improve this and no promotion for roll 11, 10, 9 look this

Good work environment and culture.company policies are very good.but they not give bonus every year.but hats off to this organization in the pandamic situation they are giving excellent service to all of executive, for the work from home or work from office executive they give additional amount.as per my knowledge non of mnc company do this for their executive.overall concentrix Daksh is employee friendly company.in this pandamic situation many people they are loosing their job but Concentrix Daksh they save their manpower.hats off to this organization.company policy are very good.i am happy with this.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

They don't much project, they will hire you for a specific project and once that will be completed you get struggle to get another project as they have very less project. Also whatever project they have most of them are for very short term.

overall experience was good, supportive operations team but the minus point was about HDFC process the clients are very pathetic, bad behaviour. About other process might be good but in HDFC there are 3 monkeys.
