Targets are always the secondary thing but your hardwork and performance matters. All the freshers out there please go for it!!! For the experienced people, you must be aware of the employee centric environment of the company, however, if not, then you must join CNX to make your work-life full of charm, peace and enjoyment!!!

The only thing I would say that I disliked in this organisation is a typical corporate politics. However, it is everywhere, so it should not be something that matters in your life. Ignore the politics and grab the opportunities:-)

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

... right moment. TL made sure that in rotational shifts they will get Sat/sun off. Or Deewali off and rest of the people will come just because there’s double pay. Shame on these people. If you’re going in concentrix please don’t go for Comcast. It’s the worst thing. The worst thing is they don’t give work from home as well.

I like that environment and surroundings. No salary issue the same will be credited on time. Week off and leave are easily manageable.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. If your performance is not upto mark they gives pressure resulting ro resignation. The is no work life balance. Graveyard shift trouble a lot in the name of rotational shift only night shift is given.

Everything is fine, weather it is office management, work culture, ambience career etc

Just salary is little bit low other wise best place to start a career if you have good communication skills. I wish if they will open their new office in Jamshedpur also. Because I can't relocate as my son is too young
