Work-life balance (Most of your year work will be in the Graveyard- about 60% shift of your year) Salary is low (And no night allowance) Promotions are very delayed and you will be sent back to the previous work if they do not have the openings There is no Job security as they will hire you for the Technical Support but will set the incentives on sales even if your profile was not for sales. There is no work satisfaction . Note - If you are from the Sales background From the start, then I would suggest you to get into this company and you will an ALL star, but if you are not, RUN. There is no skill development in this company

If you get a better opportunity to learn some new skills at a different place with a lower pay, I would suggest you to take it. Do not waste your time here, unless you are really desperate for a job.

Once you get in they will not treat you as a human being and no one will listen to you. They will give petty excuses such as client requirement and other things and will make you work.

Luckily I have worked for Google so company culture is overpowered, but there is no job security and the salary is not that much satisfactory but working with this company was so awesome journey for me learnt alot about lives....

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

...f culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Appraisal is very big concern there is no appraisal you will get only 4k-5k increment in your annual CTC only if you have 5 out of 5 rating.

Work balance, no exception for even technical error in performance. Very low salary increments, you need to wait for a year to get 1 month mobile recharge as a salary increments. Needs to work on national holidays. No national leaves compared to other organizations
