Company have multiple process, clients from different processes so currently job is secure there, working environment is also good, company provides various benefits to employees, salary on time.

Dislikes

Company policies are not beneficial for the apprentice employees and also it provides very low salary package, company ask multiple responsibilities,job requirements from employee but not giving satisfied compensation.

Partialities, personal gratches ,ego problem on DM level people s n uppr level people as well , in my case my TL she haven't knowledge about the process 🤣

Nothing Absolutely disgusting and pathetic management.These people don't even know what they are doing.Exit procedure is pathetic.Even after returning the company IT had received email with notice that company Assets not returned.Is this the.way an international BPO works.Disguating.

Extremely disgusting,low salary compared to other BPO in the industry,lack of coordination,waste of time if looking for any IJP as it is not on merit basis but favoritism basis,management pathetic,no appreciation for hard work,gives 10Rs Cadbury for hard work on calls,even robbery of mobile phones and money from wallet kept as they dont have sufficient lockers to provide is trending due to lack of proper background check from HR in hurry of earning incentive to hire a candidate.
