No growth. All false promises. All liars working at the top. Spread racism and hatred towards the employees. Only the boot lickers gets promoted. Inhuman targets with rude behaviour of the management. The management works like the North Korean government. I would request the young students that it's better you die out of hunger but don't enter concentrix Kolkata location. Never. Your sole will rott in hell if you do so. Your ancestors will not get piece if you enter concentrix Kolkata location

if you want to work for maybe 5-6 months, I'll recommend it. It's a good place to earn pocket money.

I worked for 2 years and some new employees who worked for the first time got better salary than me. Shift is always changing so it affects your mental and physical health. But concentrix doesn't really care about your health. They just care about their revenues. They give us free food sometimes, always tastes like it was last weeks leftovers. I left the job because I had health issues at that time so I made a decision to quit, I was unable to serve the notice period because of that. Now they want me to pay 10k to get my experienced letter. LOL. You give your life to a corporate company and this is how they show their appreciation. Workplace is like fish market. People are always shouting, someone is playing Music like its a club. It's very very annoying and frustrating especially when the pressure is high. I've complained about this a few times, but always fall to deaf ears.

Concentrix is a company where when you start working you will not have to worry about your security relating to the job, where as it also provides you immense learning opportunities and even sever options to grow in your career ahead.A lot of things to learn and to project if you are willing to continue with the job.

Concentrix need to work on it's package which it provides to the employees, due to that reason people come and go but never stick to the job as they feel they are stuck with what they are doing in their job.Apart from that I still feeling giving it a like in dislike segment also.

Salary & Benefits: The fixed salary is noticeably below industry standards, and the issue of nonpayment for overtime work is concerning. Employees are often forced to work beyond their shifts without adequate compensation. Policies like "Blackout Days," introduced during festivals to restrict leave, exacerbate dissatisfaction. Even taking sick or emergency leave is an ordeal, with managers expecting prior notice for unforeseen circumstances—an unreasonable expectation in any work environment. 3. Promotions/Appraisal: Annual appraisals are more of a myth at Concentrix. Despite being a top performer, I received only a 2% salary increase over two years. The company frequently modifies its policies to limit employee eligibility for appraisals, creating frustration and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4. Skill Development/Learning: There are no avenues for skill development or professional growth. The demanding work environment leaves no time or opportunity for employees to enhance their skills or broaden their knowledge base. 5. Work Satisfaction: Work satisfaction is minimal, especially for those in operations. Employees are treated more like machines than humans, with frequent and impractical changes to KPIs driven by client demands. This creates a high-pressure environment and leaves employees feeling unvalued and unsupported. 6. Company Culture: The company culture is riddled with bias, especially when it comes to growth and promotions. Favoritism is prevalent, and deserving employees often find themselves overlooked for career advancement. Conclusion: Overall, Concentrix has significant room for improvement in multiple areas, particularly in addressing labor law compliance, employee well-being, and fairness in workplace policies. While the company may have its strengths, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend it to those seeking a balanced and fulfilling work environment.
