You got the salary before 1st of every month. Good work culture. Fully professionals.

Dislikes

Huge pressure. No work life balance. No extra pay for overtime. You have to work in public holidays and festivals. No appreciation for your hard work. Hard to work here, Managers , Quality, SME are so rude.

One of the worst company full of partialities , the leaders n trainers hopeless only focused on Money not on growth of individuals , reform has to be brought by someone who is good at heart or else its hopeless, not giving the right opportunities to all , not recommended in this company

...ders or trainers or managers not worked on partialities or on their mood swings. The top leaders need to pay attention to the small level of heads on how those small heads are taking care of trainees or employees

Company's environment is ridiculous as no higher management is going to support you. HR specially DIPALI CHAUDHARY is she very rude. She use to say things will remains confidential then the whole floor comes to know about the conversation between agent and HR.

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them .
