Not too many things to like but I liked the working atmosphere at the office.

Plenty, no work life balance due to frequent change in shift timings. Also very less salary to work ratio, rude management or leaders etc.

Higher Education options with heavy discounts from top Universities 12. Leave plans are quite attractive and flexible if you approach administration Ina proper way. 13. Cafeteria is also good 14. Gifts on National festivals (Diwali special) and double pay option on holidays 15. Overtime Incentive are quite fascinating 16. 5 working days in a week and great experience working with world top clients 17. Work from home in Covid pandemic 18. No fire policy without any serious compliance and also offers you a chance if you’re failed to cope with current process

1. Rotational shifts and rotational week offs ( sometime split week offs is headache) 2. Work life balance isn’t good( work flow is more than average sometime) 3. Not a relaxed job and suits today’s lifestyle

Leaves policies good never hold employees salary . Very low Pressure

My biggest mistake to give my golden period they don't deserve stable employees because after 10 yrs salary increment is too low as compared to other organisations, IJP only valid for those have skills to buttering gossips with senior, those employees keep happy to senior from anyway except work, Don't stay a long time without permotion always make short time goal with this company, If you are tenure then no one recognised you , now you are a machine only for them .

...rowd mostly terribly abusive and profanity used in company in entire hirereachy. Salary never reaches the promised amount.

Good batchmates, nice manager(sometimes get frustrated by pressure of performance by upper managers),good environment, work from home

Dislikes

Salary:( didn’t got appraisal that much only 600rs increase in salary lol, work time( if you’re working from home you will have to work like a robot and only 1 hr break rarely may get exception, in office can get more exception in break, I took 2:30 hr break sometimes next day my manager scratched his head for exception reason, poor promotion even if you preformed well(politics)
