My teammates and my great supervisor and culture was an excellent and working environment was awesome but learning opportunities are very less and career growing opportunity not good. Working life has a busy schedule bcs rotational shifts and week off are changing around one month. Organization was beneficiary for the start your career.

Salary and appraisal was very disappointed and career growing chances are less than.

The company has great work culture all are friendly and helping. I remember the days when I was in OJT to till production concentrix remain my second home.

Dislikes

.... She complain regarding that in her life she faced challanges why you weren't?.The salary was not enough to support financial expectations. She never supported in that terms with appraisal even cnx provides that. If two week off was there or if the work hours was 7-8 it would be great to work with cnx in another process. As Now I'm not part of that process and team cnx but I'm happy looking forward to my career in new company.

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

Dislikes

...f culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Appraisal is very big concern there is no appraisal you will get only 4k-5k increment in your annual CTC only if you have 5 out of 5 rating.

...long without any further appraisals and increments this company is good for you. Now if you want increments and good salary. You'd need to switch from this organisation as there aren't any good increments.
