...ntality. They give immense pressure to employees. Discrimination is normal here. They are always ready to deduct salary of employees so no job security. If you are planning to join here then I suggest to join as security guard of any other company.

Every...bad management, Biased. No care of employees. No salary growth. Office environment is poor. Poor work structure. Overtime daily (1 hour - 3 hours). Hire & fire every month so no job security. Salary deduction here is by force even after making all necessary amends. Meaning this company shall deduct your salary and provide a list of excuses by hook or by crook. Biasness or different rules from basics exist for juniors and seniors. Your seniors insult your experience and your intelligence over here. If you ask for some help or any help, they immediately threaten to deduct. All the time seniors here think about how to deduct your sal.
