The company culture is good but we all teammate didin't get growth and opportunity with time . We all work hard but company not recognize the value of our work.

I started my career journey with Computronics as executive leval and now work as Senior level . really happy to work here and always enjoy to get as i am getting here . management of Computronics is always to ready listen new thought and creative ideas from bottom line to top. This is is organization that are deeply focus of employees welfare and 100% compliance management.

I love that I am a part of a team.i get to travel completely dependent on our project and clients location.i also like the employee re-hire policy here.
