Sometimes the work load is unrealistic.with no option you have finish it on the same day. 3% annual hike 24+ months for promotion and so much more, if you are a time pass person, just want a job and not a career go-ahead. It's good in that ,you do your work and log out no will ask you. But if you want to grow you career, suggest to look for better opportunities Ps food sucks , don't eat sprouts
