Compensation is good but growth is slow. Also they have no identification rule of good performer & bad performer for which the good performers are demotivated .

This is the 7th largest enrollment agency in PAN India. From 1990 to till date driven by a single person. Struggle is here but I must say one can learn if he or she likes to because by dedicating the time to this company one can grow and explore world. This is one of the best part of this company.

Growth individual is very good but not meet the expectations.
