...place to start your career as a fresher. You would get to work on live projects. Salary compensation is better than what is offered to freshers in other MNC out there.

1 year is enough for you to learn what can be offered here. You won't be able to upgrade your technology stack much. Work pressure is usually high.

Dislike everything except salary but then there's no Night shift allowance which is bad. Internal politics, favoritism, bullying and the management is so biased. They don't terminate employees in fear of gaining bad reputation so they make employee's life living hell so they resign and get out of the company by their own will.

The work life balance was good and so was the salary.

The company is being run as if it's a lala shop. They (departmental heads) are least concerned about your actual job responsibilities. If you are doing your job as per the responsibilities defined for your role over there and following the rules of the company to the T then it doesn't make them happy. They will be happy only when you can do their personal works then the sky is the limit for you and your job is secure too.
