There is nothing much to like but if I have to answer, there are few fellow mates who can help you.

Dislikes

Management in higher level doesn't have any communication with each other, play politics for their own benefit, No one cares about work unless it is really in peak time, If there is any problem they simply blame others, Management is not really good, Not many skilled people in top positions, No work distribution,

Actually Comprotech Engg Pvt Ltd Is Shifting to Another Location That is Shamshabad Air Port Near Hardware park Kesavagiri hyd-005. So,I am not Able to Go so long So I want to Change to another company.

i like the company work environment because lot of responsibilities , we need to involve all the activities in the company

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
