Company has developed all the rules and regulations but it's only for show off, but company doesn't provide any facility. They have recruited me for HSEQ position and asked to do food service, other operation related work. Completely it's a worst experience for me I had so much expectations about compass but they don't even care about employees

...manager even didn't reimbured my money which i spent when infected with COVID. I have served notice period 22days with my managers permission but they paid only 20days salary. They don't train people but they demand for more work and no support

Company has a good work life balance and job security is almost equal to a government job, they don’t take you out of the job unless until you are breaching any important policies

Dislikes

Other than salary there are no perks and benefits, poor HR managers, they don’t work on improving the work culture, benefits of the employees.

Their work culture is too worst, They don’t follow HR complaince properly. Their appraisal system is not fair. Management don’t confirm their new hires just to save their yearly budget (in appraisal amount). HR team attrition is too high (please check their job openings for the position- Asst. Mgr compensation & Benefits), from last year till now 3 people have left the department due to manger behavioural issues. Only senior employees have all the perks in India - HQ. They don’t have an effective grievance management to listen complaince issues. HR department is worst department amongst all. Pathetic experience working with them.

Call many will provide you food in work place Insurance available for family, Firmly known the company is good & made a easy proces for people's.

Dislikes

No bonus in the company with middle job holders,only corporate employees has a bonus, Heavy work load & working hours more No personal development & proficiency, Working allmost with low knowledge people, People don't understand what exactly process.

Likes

Professional people, on time salary, emergency of workers handles well. Executive and top-class management supports well.

Dislikes

Groupism, concentration of power to one person in remote sites, non-recognition, different location different policy at least where i was working. Lack of communication Middle management , Racism in projects away from Doha
