Flexibility in work time and diversification of projects.

Dislikes

Transparency is lacking. A salary hike is not happening. I last had the hike in April 2022. They used to have multiple benefits but after covid, everything is removed.

- Delayed / Partial salaries - Disregard of labor law, backlogs of salaries to a multitude of ex-employees and also current employees present - Poor work culture, a remote company that is struggling to even provide machines to their employees - Unmotivated employees who are in their comfort zones, as they are unable to thrive in today's competitive market - The company's revenue growth is stunted/receding, with a lack of vision, a multitude of back debts, and so on - Extremely poor and inexperienced management
