...r thinks they are god here. If they dont like you they will force you to resign. You cant reachout to HR , hr wont help you 3) STVR OR bonus part is a joke. You will get likr 50% of it. 4) you have to wait for 15 months to get hike and bonus 5) They will ask you to change your skills and learn something which is not your skills whether you wanna learn it or not. They will force you 6) no canteen facilities. Food you have to bring from home. 7) discrimination is also there for north people 8) cba india is like a vendor to cba Australia . So you have to be careful. 9) environment is like service based, will notice your working hours in ofc, will micro manage. 10) this company was better until indian people joined as manager’s or upper management. 11) no gifts or outing 12) onshore opportunities iss 0.

I) Mostly Enhancement related works as major development already done by the vendors, so if you are looking for good development work then you will be disappointed. II) Less growth as less number of promotion. III) Managers are not good IV) Almost near to 0 possibility of changing projects V) Too much process involve for following SDLC processes from Code development to successful deployment in Production VI) Dependencies with multiple team with onshore and offshore VII) Lot of favouritism in Managers VIII) Lot of promises in Monthly Townhall discussion however in reality unable to achieve 50% of it. IX) Infrastructure is ok, however canteen food is very expensive X) A very strange process of taking in office attendance through turnstile gate swiping via mobile navigation app

Compensation and culture is good. As this is a bank things are little slow and Technologies used are sometimes old. If you are lucky then you might not have to work on old stuff.
