CBA India team is treated like a vendor. Toxic work culture especially in the database team. Everything is controlled by Sydney team. All important work is owned by Sydney team. India team is given monotonous, clerical kind of work only to make them feel worthless and unproductive. Anyone who tries to take a stand is humiliated in front of the entire team deliberately. No difference in work of a 5 yeo and 15 yeo. You will forget everything you have learnt all your professional life because someone sitting in Sydney decides not to trust your experience and hand you over a document which was created years ago and asks you to follow it line by line. Please save your life and never join this full of crap company. India management’s thought of taking over Sydney team is a distant dream. They need to grow some spine first.

no work-life balance This product-based company in india has worse culture than service-based company Indian management working in this company prefers only those from their region. Whether they work or not, they give all kinds of ratings or promotions quickly. No matter how hard people from other regions work or how many certifications they have, it doesn't matter; at the end, they give negative feedback only. alwasy demotivativation... many sessions conducted on mental health and well-being, but many in management continue to harass their team members. Suggestions to the Management: Since the chapter leads and line managers are engaging in a lot of political games, introduce them to feedback as well, such as 360-degree feedback.

It is female organisation, Full discrimination towards males For recruitment to promotions, hikes Outdated technologies Outdated release process, dev work is simpler than release Entire release process is manual There are people in release management they will do show off like they only did everything, no credit to actual designers,tech BA, dev or testing, at last all the credit goes release team The release teams knows nothing, even not able execute steps without our help, can't execute single step.

It has been more than 1 year and I didn't see any likes working in CBA and if in case you have a good manager you understand and support the employee then you will like the company.But for me the experience is not good

Not proper hiring i.e i have seen the managers who are hired for specific roles ,but they didn't have the skills to handle the team and during the time of joining and offer letter the variable pay amount discussion didn't happen properly So if you are joining CBA make sure you have a proper discussion about variable pay and what role you will be working ,as i have seen the role which they hire and work which we do is opposite Just make sure the you are not compromise with you fixed salary,as th variable pay may look big,but at the time of appraisal the variable pay amt will be in peanuts
