No new learning Frequent org structure change No opportunity to involve in core things Specially data place is completely crap which is not generating value to organisation 70% ladies at organisation and too much focus into maintaining diversity which is causing to loose good talent Facility is rented office which is poorly built and did not gibe good feel to work

no work-life balance This product-based company in india has worse culture than service-based company Indian management working in this company prefers only those from their region. Whether they work or not, they give all kinds of ratings or promotions quickly. No matter how hard people from other regions work or how many certifications they have, it doesn't matter; at the end, they give negative feedback only. alwasy demotivativation... many sessions conducted on mental health and well-being, but many in management continue to harass their team members. Suggestions to the Management: Since the chapter leads and line managers are engaging in a lot of political games, introduce them to feedback as well, such as 360-degree feedback.

It is female organisation, Full discrimination towards males For recruitment to promotions, hikes Outdated technologies Outdated release process, dev work is simpler than release Entire release process is manual There are people in release management they will do show off like they only did everything, no credit to actual designers,tech BA, dev or testing, at last all the credit goes release team The release teams knows nothing, even not able execute steps without our help, can't execute single step.
