Work Balance is Good. new learning is always available and team is supporting. For execution travelling within country and international tour are required and all facilities like travelling cost ; lodging and food cost are bare by company itself.

... working from home/work locations. Good employees never stay after bad politics. Salary hikes are not good according to the performance.

I couldn't find any good except one thing that they provide accommodation if you are out of the Mumbai and free lunch if you come to office.

Weekends dun guarantee- forget weekends plans - mandatory calls on weekends ensure you will never miss a moment of joy.

Dislikes

12 to 15 hours working. No work life balance. Need to work Saturday and Sunday. Meetings include shouting and shame. No overtime for overwork. Work till 1 AM and be in the office at sharp 9 AM XD Can expect random call at 2 AM also for work or meetings. No appreciation. And these are the reason people doesn’t work here for more than one or two months. Worst company i have worked with.

This company is great place to learn new things and improve my skills. The management is friendly, and the work environment is very positive. There are also plenty of opportunities to grow and take on new challenges. It is wonderful place to develop professionally.
