This company policy is that employees working with us as a free and charity work this company employee travel expenses process is normal 2to 3 months and employees salary amount monthly Unusually amount deduction all employees working experience this organization is bad review all old and current employees are unhappy of employees salary dedication policy and travel claim policy

Company policy and process is very old culture also job security and not a employee friendly company working structure is like fmgc company not a sanitary ware company also products are very old product like 19 century also market out products but company not policy not changing

Company believe employee salary money deduction like every month any issues company policy 20 to 25 calls dally visit per person but this not possible every day also employee friendly not company employee job security 0% not secure job

Job security is excellent, company policy is super, working environment is also wonderful, management is also superior

Everything is good but have to recruit manpower under specific departments to avoid breakdown due to no manpower
