... balance -No PF/Bonus/Insurance -6 months probations at 10K salary -No learning -Salary cutting during covid19, which could happen anytime stating loss

No one bugs you in-between your work. Also, it is remote job and doen't require traveling to office.

Dislikes

Greatest and only issue is timely payout. You have to literally beg them for the variable pay and in the end, all we get is a promise of next date but not the variable pay.

I love the working environment. no stress and orders. I love my boss mrs. vidhu aggarwal.. she is so caring helpful and kind women. she always discuss about peoblems and find easy way of every situation. she is the backbone of comcon without which nothing would possible

no timely increement in salaries

It is good for freshers to start their career.You can learn many things & improve your skills

As a long term it is not good because after a period of time your learing is over and it is better to switch after 2 year(approx.)
