-6 days work culture -Underpaying -No work-life balance -No PF/Bonus/Insurance -6 months probations at 10K salary -No learning -Salary cutting during covid19, which could happen anytime stating loss

No one bugs you in-between your work. Also, it is remote job and doen't require traveling to office.

Dislikes

Greatest and only issue is timely payout. You have to literally beg them for the variable pay and in the end, all we get is a promise of next date but not the variable pay.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
