Good Organization to work for at a short term period of time. Management level is good at connecting with the employees across the teams and locations, They really like to hear about your feedback on the work culture and organizational improvements. Fast Paced Work Culture - really had to work hard and extend hours of time to meet deadlines. Company policies are limited unlike other service based companies. You will get a permanent job assurance if you can endure the pressure and wish to continue at long term, very rare or no firing scenarios. You will have to Keep learning & get trained all over the year as the organization needs product features to grow the customer base - it is a never ending regimen

Dislikes

...e of Onsite opportunities, keep struggling at offshore with test setup issues. Compensation is average - Depends on years of experience x 2, which is similar to Service based companies. Doesn't get a feel of working at Product Based organization to experience high CTC benefits.

Everything else apart from the above is a negative here. Poor Compensation & Hikes, Uncompelling Benefits, No Learning & Career Growth.

Okies Work/Life Balance environment. Has lot of learning opportunities than you would imagine.

It has the worst salary structure. If you are a senior employee with extensive work experience, you get paid less. if you joined after 2022, you may be paid more than senior employees in a junior position. there is also no market adjustment policy here. You receive promotions, salary increase and market adjustment only if you are favoured by your manager.

Zero growth for people who are considered "outsiders", there is no chance of growth for them, no promotion for them, regionalism and politics is supreme. No one promoted to E4, E5, E6, M1 from outsider group. Absolutely 0 in leadership. Suggestion to everyone not just "outsiders" stay away, world has changed and there is no place for enmocity towards anyone. If you ever dream to go onsite stay away, if you want to learn & develop skills stay away. They'll force to you to be in office first half, and then expect you to go home and work till 10pm, easily 12-14 hours all week days. Everyone just stay away, specially "outsiders" because you'll never go to next level.

Above average pay but less compared to other MNCs. Good Benefits: health coverage, paid time off, PR & VPF, Phone/internet bill reimbursement. Nice office environment. Used to have nice work life balance, lately becoming like a service company, I left in April 2023.

Dislikes

Hiring is exclusively based on "where you are from", some times people like me falls through cracks(contractor to Employee) in 4 years they made sure I have to go out if want to move on to next level. Some engineers will never go on to next level, because of regional politics, I tried to become a manager but didn't even go a screening. I'm from Maharastra. 100% of managers and above are from same ethnicity, that tells you something. They copy the DE&I initiatives from US but they are not ready to identify their "white people" and do hiring/promotion outside that majority.
