Low salary compared to industry standards. Low salary hike. Strict timings. Salary will get delay if not filled hours in system. Extra time work is considered as dedication not focused on output

For name sake it is MNC, But all policies reflect pure local company.Always long working hours, due to project timelines. You won't get time to spend with your family if are working from home. Work life balance is poor. Management always cares for deliverable, s. They just treat you as a resource. Learning from comau is fantastic. Increments are not given since pandamic. No growth if are looking in terms of your Salaries. But your learning will be a parabola. Final verdict.. : Good for leaning, Bad for your financial growth. Bad at work life balance.

Pressure on hardworking people's. No increments and low salaries compared to market value

...h comptetive that easily can take job. There is no cafeteria as said by company. company policies are really bad and even they don't bother to give bonus.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address anybody's issue. There is no format or on the job training for new employees just nothing.

The company is open for only complete site.comau India work was very good and nice and his product was very good.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. In short comau was Boring company. I was west my time in that.

The company does not have enough systems licenses for employees and does not find it necessary to provide training to newcomers. The company lacks in resource management when it comes to assigning project based duties and required Software licenses for employees. In the case of freshers first preference for training is given only to local people and for the rest of those coming from other states the company doesnt find it necessary to cooperate with ( upto 6 months ) compared to local people. Managers more inclined towards welfare of local people.
