Other than a decent pay packages, there is nothing more to the company. Policies are drafted in such a way that it will only benefit people who are native to Hyderabad. There is lack of geographical diversity in the workforce considering that 95% of the people recruited are either from Hyderabad or Andhra. There is no work from home or hybrid policy. You need to come to office everyday. There is no flexibility here.

Transparency can also be maintained in the teams. Management is transparent but the leads and managers within play.
