Good work recognization, good salary , politics is there for sure. Overall it is one of the best organizations.

Dislikes

Decision should be taken placed after listen and conclude a point from two discussion enda by manager even though its a developer or lead developer. There is no transparency I felt.

I really like the work culture at Codexcelerate IT Consultancy. The environment is very good, with a lot of flexibility in terms of time. The team is very helpful, and there are ample opportunities to learn and grow.

I don't have any dislikes about working at Codexcelerate IT Consultancy.

Slowly entering into emerging technologies which is understandable as the business is not into IT hence focus is not on IT

Dislikes

Could have improved the technology usage looking at how rapidly the technologies are being introduced

People seems to be nice initially

Dislikes

They are a European conglomerate, trying to move their software development in India. They talk a lot about culture and how they emphasize more on people. Most of their software development was outsourced to Vendors in Belgium, which they are trying to bring in house. Indian leadership has very little say in decision making and Belgium leadership and people thinks of Indian team as inferior to them. They talk a a lot about culture and work life balance but the minute there is some extra work it all goes for a toss and they start acting like a start up and all the culture and work life balance talks becomes a joke

Likes

Company should remove the positions like HOD. They don't do anything expect dirty politics. They keep on removing people under them to safeguard their position. I will never recommend someone to join this company where they talk about ethics which they don't have

Dislikes

PTMs uses 2-3 years back feedback to throw you out. They push other members to send or share bad feedback intentionally. I am waiting for proper time to share or publish solid evidences online. Note: if you can give company to HOD at lunch, then you will be the boss
