*Lot of politics. *No reward & promotions *HR is of no mean. Only their policies give u punches. *No scope of growth for newcomers. Just some old r getting benefits. *Just doing copy/using the cheap Chinese products. Work culture depends upon ur working deptt. **Don't get attract by glamour of company website. Ground reality is totally different.
