Lot of politics. Poorly managed by group of individuals who are playing with the careers of new joinee. Bad work environment. Zero support system. Seniors use intolerable language during interactions which demotivate and effects your performance.

Salary compensation good . Saturday Sunday holiday. From global point of view having good policies for employees.

Dislikes

Cons are many: Too much politics. Jito the county manager not listening to any one , all people are behind to please him. He is not open for any thoughts. No strategies only big big ac room dream no support to the people in terms of working strategy. He wants to pull down people as per his wish. Every month 2 resignation but he doesn’t care about this. Because of him coloplast got spoiled. He created balloons global people don’t know this.

1. Impulsive at times. 2. Pressure is high 3. Pay dates are not fixed , especially expense reimbursement is often delayed.
