Cons are many: Too much politics. Jito the county manager not listening to any one , all people are behind to please him. He is not open for any thoughts. No strategies only big big ac room dream no support to the people in terms of working strategy. He wants to pull down people as per his wish. Every month 2 resignation but he doesn’t care about this. ColoIndia is operating by incompetent management including biased Hr, Hiring process is very old and poor Comprising code of conduct every day therefore high attrition rate. No mnc,s culture in india operation need immediate intervention from Danish management and Country manger Designation hiring or shifting from other countries not from india.
