Ceo is a micromanager & very toxic. You won't get any real industry experience. No policies for promotion & increment. No credit or appreciation for work done. Top management is very cheap without any leadership qualities.

CEO is not a good leader and lacks vision .He mostly resorts to shouting and screaming and somehow is insecure with smart people. Highly non transparent with appraisal and variable and quite self obsessed with himself. He promotes mediocrity and will force smarter people to work under people who are not that great at their job .He asks for complete loyalty and will not recprocate the same , personality wise very narsaccistic in nature all about himself and promotes toxic work culture and normalises his bad behaviour with small talks. As a leader he is not effective as a company ceo not at all effective but good human being

Nothing, better be unemployed. Only two person who are actually a bit better are Mr. Shiva (GM of Customer Success) & Mr. Kartik Jain (Product Manager) just check bhai education qualification of employee working there .....Please before joining once plzz visit thier office u will get reality check. Unprofessional people they call each other with ajeeb names for example customer success AGM's name is Ravi, CEO calls him raviyaaa. Bonus point if CEO is changed u may consider to join this company but under HEMANT G*ndu plz dont join this company.

No growth trash company, no process, no hierarchy, anything goes fully random. CEO bhot bada Unrealistic delusional bnda hai trust me, before joining have 1-2 in person meetings with him you will find it out. CEO uses abusive words to address employess

Work is good, lot of new things to learn. Seniors push you in taking larger responsibilities. I have been here 3 years now and have ended up learning everything from product development and cloud and everything in between. They are now pushing me for leadership roles which I am excited about too

Founder is a crook. Keeps talking about esop's and fund raising but will use this as an excuse to postpone appraisals, hikes and promotions. There are people in the company who have not got a single penny vested in their name in "SEVEN" years. Here are some of the facts..1) Two of the cofounders became employees after a pre-series round. 2)Senior employees are locked in by saying there is a government rule which prevents him from rolling out esops.
