Unstable company hai....wost working culture hai...kaam nhi hone ke baad bhi raat ko 12-1 bje tk rukne ko bola jaata hai....just to show intent ki aap company ke liye kaam kr rhe ho Full fraud baazi hai Even if you got 1 lakh per month still i suggest away from it....they will destroy your career and mental piece.

Low Salary ,Team lead doesn't have any language control .He just used to yell at us for no reason , has a abusing culture ,moreover he threaten us of firing us in our 6th week & also told us , how he can easy replace us with others . There is no Career growth or learning scope especially in the ops team of performance marketing. Managers doesn't know how to lead the team .He will ask you to learn the data which is of no use as data changes every moment. Will not recommend Btech /Mtech/Mba to join this Job role.

They have many sister brother small brother like companies which are attached to them and they say hiring for Collegedunia but they will hire for their startup companies and Oke of it was Mobisaturn it is a waste company with little to zero knowledge and they hire and fire like if they have clients then they take employees and if the clients withdraw the operations they needed then this sitty company also removed employees. No job safety
