There is a possibility to get friends but it depends on the team with which you work.

Dislikes

They have many sister brother small brother like companies which are attached to them and they say hiring for Collegedunia but they will hire for their startup companies and Oke of it was Mobisaturn it is a waste company with little to zero knowledge and they hire and fire like if they have clients then they take employees and if the clients withdraw the operations they needed then this sitty company also removed employees. ...l make fun of your English but he doesn't even know how to type mail in English. there is flexible timings in this company but timings is strict in finance team because of finance head he will deduct your salary because of coming late. also he doesn't require any reason to deduct anybody's salary . This is totally depends on his mood. He is in mood of deducting the team salary then he will deduct it with no specific reason. also work from home is not applicable for finance team because of finance head but there is exception here . he will allow work from home for his special employees. So there is so much partiality here. Never ever join this company.

Worst company for the fresher and experienced person as they are really bad at starting they don’t have proper train Structure and hire and fire is very common here they will not even listen your points and not interested in your opinion they will just only do what ever they want to do I recommend please don’t work here

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
