...you're looking forward as an counselor or any calling profile, I'll not suggest. I was informed that I will get salary hike but never received any. Manager was not helpful.

Worst company for the fresher and experienced person as they are really bad at starting they don’t have proper train Structure and hire and fire is very common here they will not even listen your points and not interested in your opinion they will just only do what ever they want to do I recommend please don’t work here

As this is my first corporate job and work from home then I'm not able to figure out more about work culture. But as per work from home it was quite easy to work for Organization.

Work life and salary growth is too low.

They have nothing to like, staff and team lead and managers are selfish. They do mental harrasment to the employees. They always demotivate their employees.

Dislikes

They take more work and pay less. In the name of incentives they do fraud. They never pay the full incentives. They make employees resign forcefully after mental harrasment. They join the employee as a intern and tell them lie. After few months they termination them forcefully without any valid reason.

Nothing. If you are from tier one B School, please avoid it. Generally please avoid the company if you are not in urgent need of job/money
