Only one thing which is good in this company which is there is no delay in the salary

...l make fun of your English but he doesn't even know how to type mail in English. there is flexible timings in this company but timings is strict in finance team because of finance head he will deduct your salary because of coming late. also he doesn't require any reason to deduct anybody's salary . This is totally depends on his mood. He is in mood of deducting the team salary then he will deduct it with no specific reason. also work from home is not applicable for finance team because of finance head but there is exception here . he will allow work from home for his special employees. So there is so much partiality here. Never ever join this company.

They will fire you anything and will force you put resign on the date they want. Unethical behaviour of CTO. No power in HRs hand. Would never suggest joining this company.

Payment of Salary on-time. Occasional parties and outings.

No work life balance at all. Sometimes had to work till mid-night due to sharp deadlines. If work not done in deadline, was yelled at in the DSM. Poor managerial skills and behaviour. Any assistance from other developers was also very poor. Total Hire and Fire culture. They fire you stating performance issue when it's actually a layoff. If asked what was the performance issue then no answer. Don't expect any job security even if you have good performance. They have clauses in their offer letter like 3 months notice period and not taking job, after resignation, in other companies which are their competition for 2 years otherwise legal action. Join only if you have absolutely no option else don't join.

Salary on Time and flexible 9 hrs (10:30-7:30)

Low Salary ,Team lead doesn't have any language control .He just used to yell at us for no reason , has a abusing culture ,moreover he threaten us of firing us in our 6th week & also told us , how he can easy replace us with others . There is no Career growth or learning scope especially in the ops team of performance marketing. Managers doesn't know how to lead the team .He will ask you to learn the data which is of no use as data changes every moment. Will not recommend Btech /Mtech/Mba to join this Job role.

Very low salary. Even a beggar earns more. Very bad work-life balance Seniors are never satisfied with your work
