...s but all the times his manager named - Mrs. Sharma always denied for leaves !! And no salary increment is there and salary is deducted without any reason no one had reason .. after asking so many time what the reason behind deduction .. she said we had no specific reason !! And he is totally frustrated from his company but he is not able to resign due to some family reasons!!

Neither do they give good salary, they take away the incentives that are due to them, they don't even give promotions. There is too much politics

HR, leave without pay policy, they dont have Over time pay policy but deduct money even if you login 1 min less in sales process. Hold incentives for upto 3 years. Hire and fire policy. No learning, no during the job training l, no transparency, 6th floor is India and 7th floor is pakistan treat to aise hi karte hai

In this company they will teach you how to be happy without anything. without proper salary, without family even without your health. Even in our hard situation also they will teach us how to work if you're sick manager will ask why you got sick it's not companies fault. here you can learn how not to live and work. No mental health no peace no work life balance have to work for 12 hours breaks are very stick. Spicily job security best part of this company they will give sudden surprise till evening you will be working at evening they will call you and they will say your performance is not upto the mark better you leave the company they will give 7days extra salary.

except work culture, manager, Team Leader working hours work life balance mental peace salary and incentive everything is fine. you will learn how to survive in the toxic environment.

In L3 process when you season off you can take rest work load is low in L3 process only if you are L2 or L1process you have to do tha work as same work load low doesn't mean that you don't work you have to work or they moved you other vertical or process.

... next month or next month become next year so don't expect your incentive here . • Salary deduction also once the season of they deducted you salary too because this company don't have funds so they deducted the salary too. • they promise to you after season off we are giving you leaves and 2 days off in 1 weeks don't trust them they are just full you after season off company will lay off all the new comers and all that person who are not there managers good list so don't believe them .
