Nothing to like about this company. No work life balance, no job security. Manager and TLs will make your life hell if you don't achieve Targets even for a day even when you are doing good for whole year.

Compact is good but company will never give you incentives, only will get a satisfaction through Manager. This is edtech company all employees work here january to September last till date on last October manager and HR take action against employee and fire to all 60%, employee. Again he started to hiring from January month... let's think in this company,you want to work here or not.

work life balance, leaves on holiday if there is peak season then comp off, main thing is salary nia credited always in 1st day of month, best opportunity to working with Best growing Ed tech company. Promotion, increment is also getting by performance. 2 days Saturday Sunday off in off season.. everyone is very friendly even Island owner too much friendly and really down to earth person.

There is nothing to be liked in this organization. **politics are on high level, if u know how become favorite of your manager then only you can survive in this company**

There is no professionalism , no work culture No promotions, no hierarchy even they will start deducting your salary as a mandatory holiday….. abhi to ruko, abhi aur baaki hai. Chahe kitna bhi acha conversion ho season off hote hi apko nikala jaa sakta hai and reason puchne par khud HR head bolte hai ki company ke pass funds hi nahi h apko afford nahi kar sakte, agar team me theek se rehna h to managers ki ya leaders k kaam krte rho unko ghr se lana lejana chai paani sb unhe proper seat par dete raho aur uske bad bhi koi bharosa nahi wahi manager apko kbhi b beech floor par kuch b ant shant bol sakta hai. Company don't have fund. Last 2 years there is no appraisal even they have not paid incentives to there employee. In the admission season have to work 11-12 hr with no weekoff. Only 1 or 2 weekoff allowed in month. Politics are on high level. If u know how become favourite of ur senior only u can serwive here. I like one thing only that if you complete your target then you can take leaves and everyone will support you and after season time like from October to feb month you can enjoy of 5 days shift..there is no growth and opportunities like promotions sallery increment all these things

HR, leave without pay policy, they dont have Over time pay policy but deduct money even if you login 1 min less in sales process. Hold incentives for upto 3 years. Hire and fire policy. No learning, no during the job training l, no transparency, 6th floor is India and 7th floor is pakistan treat to aise hi karte hai

It's a good start up initiative of providing services to college as a third party.

Dislikes

People like Pranay Satpute, Dr. Nidhi Mathur, Khushboo, etc. are creating bad working environment. A lot could be done with this kind of business cycle but these people are like termites to the company. Hiring people like college picked or with with 1-2 year of experience then asking them to teach in Universities as experts, leading to destroy the future. Only paper work all the time.

The office boy and office maintenance staff treat us as humans. i dont like they provide us to sitting space for food eating. i dont like they provide us seat for work. i dont like those office colleague who spent 12 hours in the office then they say i want to go to the home.

In L3 process when you season off you can take rest work load is low in L3 process only if you are L2 or L1process you have to do tha work as same work load low doesn't mean that you don't work you have to work or they moved you other vertical or process.

• Every thing there is no time you have to work by 9 to 8 or 9 mean 12hr to 13 hr • if you are L3 or L1process you have very burden of your work they are screaming in front of every for admission and forms . • no incentive will be there , incentive filles comes every season started but they not give you they just said will next month or next month become next year so don't expect your incentive here . • Salary deduction also once the season of they deducted you salary too because this company don't have funds so they deducted the salary too. • they promise to you after season off we are giving you leaves and 2 days off in 1 weeks don't trust them they are just full you after season off company will lay off all the new comers and all that person who are not there managers good list so don't believe them ....Read More
