The way he treated an employee to his family member Ahmed sir very matured and very loyal Praveen sikhavath .... Learn how to live in a disciplined manner... And also my colleagues team mates are very co operative to each other .....

Examinor was not appropiate. I fail to understand why so and there was no specific time for shift hours people has to work for hours and hours with no fixed week off and only one week offs and no cab facilities.

Some managers like Deepak srivastav don't know how to talk with employees. They didn't have any idea what their company is doing. HRs are the biggest liar lied upon timings , lied upon salary, hrbp divyansh is another worst person out there. Also they don't have good and planned training structure. The company is running only because very less competitors are there in the market

No learning, no during the job training l, no transparency, 6th floor is India and 7th floor is pakistan treat to aise hi karte hai

It's a good start up initiative of providing services to college as a third party.

People like Pranay Satpute, Dr. Nidhi Mathur, Khushboo, etc. are creating bad working environment. A lot could be done with this kind of business cycle but these people are like termites to the company. Hiring people like college picked or with with 1-2 year of experience then asking them to teach in Universities as experts, leading to destroy the future. Only paper work all the time.

In this company they will teach you how to be happy without anything. without proper salary, without family even without your health. Even in our hard situation also they will teach us how to work if you're sick manager will ask why you got sick it's not companies fault. here you can learn how not to live and work. Worst organization I have ever worked with. They put false allegations on you,just to fire you so that they can cut the cost. Cheap management. Even manager don't know how to behave and cooperate.It's not about money....you want to fire, go for it but atleast don't put false allegations on people who works with such dedication and hardwork.

In L3 process when you season off you can take rest work load is low in L3 process only if you are L2 or L1process you have to do tha work as same work load low doesn't mean that you don't work you have to work or they moved you other vertical or process.

• Every thing there is no time you have to work by 9 to 8 or 9 mean 12hr to 13 hr • if you are L3 or L1process you have very burden of your work they are screaming in front of every for admission and forms . • no incentive will be there , incentive filles comes every season started but they not give you they just said will next month or next month become next year so don't expect your incentive here . • Salary deduction also once the season of they deducted you salary too because this company don't have funds so they deducted the salary too. • they promise to you after season off we are giving you leaves and 2 days off in 1 weeks don't trust them they are just full you after season off company will lay off all the new comers and all that person who are not there managers good list so don't believe them ....Read More
