Favouritism is done by manager and TL they prefer to talk to certain person only.No help is provided by the operations team if there is an emergency.If you are other language apart from Hindi they do not guide the employees properly and they have only low product knowledge which can affect their career.Not motivating the employees on the meeting.They are very nice only with some people.TL's can be given to the employees on the basis of language.Not understanding the situation of the employees.
