Promotions and Mainly Salary hike. I was worrying about salary hike.

The company lacks job security, and they have a tendency to terminate employees on the same day as when a client decides to part ways. This instability can make for an uncertain and stressful work environment. Unfortunately, this company appears to lack substantial projects of its own. Instead, it functions primarily as a third-party broker, merely providing resources to clients and profiting from the arrangement. This model can lead to a lack of meaningful work and career growth opportunities for employees, as well as a disconnect from the actual projects and goals of the organization.

There is no job security, they don't pay any thing , even they can not lift our calls, and not responding for our mail, they don't pay single ruppe to the employes.please dont join the company. Try another org don't come in to this.

They give training for the subject but here we don't have job security, and they don't pay single rupee. Time waste . They not responding for our calls and msgs and mails . Don't tempt for there talks , and packages, they offer so much but they don't give atleast one month salary.

This job was good work environment and culture and more than opportunities and good given salary every month and year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on this job traininng is not given to new jonies

There is nothing to Like about Collabera if it permits me for minus five star I will give minus ten.

...your interview only for once. If you are not selected they you will be released. Secondly they don't pay you until your allocation to any project. Third there is no job security they will not respond you once you are not selected. Collabera actually destroy your career. Coz I have bad experience with them. They didn't paid me for three months. Out of 25 candidates only 10 members allocated remain you can think after that. Before I joined to Collabera I read this type of review but I was in a situation I can take the risk that's why I choose to go forward. If you are a family person Please Don't.
