They don’t even care about the employees once they placed in client location. The leave policy is worst and Coming to appraisal part even we are getting good feedback and pay from client they don’t give least yearly appraisal once they started the process they will take minimum 4 months and from 5 month they will reflect the hike and if we ask next year they will take like since we have 5 months back will give in next year in the same month 😌😌

Collabera is a staffing shop and not a company. Salary comes on 1st and that is the only thing

Collabera is staffing agency and not a company. They just take commission on you being deployed at client site. Very few leaves are there. No medical insurance. No job security. Your last day at client will be your last day at collabera. HRs are very lazy and they do not bother to redpond to emails/phone calls. No company email id is provided and no escalation matrix is given either.

1.HR's in Collabera are not so responsive 2.You dont know when is your last working day.the mainthing they prefer is client.if client is not satisfied your removed from company. 3.working in Recruitment based company is always dangerous because you r carrier in such company depends on client reaction and feedback.

The salary will keep coming on time and final settlement takes a lot of time

This company is amongst other consultancies . They recruit people for other companies so there is no question of compensation or benefits from there end. No office building access or even mail id to communicate with them. From day 1 you will be start working for their client and who can either make you permanent employee or just terminate your contract any time.
