We're hopeless & we leaving our patience Yearly increment is too low and there is always happen diplomacy not a politics also. Increment named as a performance and that's came favour. Like management issues... All body know I can't explain more....

Salary seems low , specially for those persons who are coming from a different city and staying in Mumbai. Appraisal is also average. Getting Promotion is very difficult here. As a senior analyst in business analytics domain my salary is below average than the whole industry. Sometimes managers use to micro-manage.

Boss treated cheap,he dont know what is wrong what is right,recognition zero,given less salary ,work heavy,no work life balance morning 6 am to night 11:30 market and system updates,no promotion this position presently destroyed ..
