We're hopeless & we leaving our patience Yearly increment is too low and there is always happen diplomacy not a politics also. Increment named as a performance and that's came favour. Salary seems low , specially for those persons who are coming from a different city and staying in Mumbai. Appraisal is also average. Getting Promotion is very difficult here. As a senior analyst in business analytics domain my salary is below average than the whole industry. Sometimes managers use to micro-manage.
