Management is not good Overtime salary is sometime deduct if we complain in HR department then they threaten that get out of this company and break . No one can listen .

Since Nashik plant is warehouse, just assembly plant, so don’t expect good salary and increment. Lot of pressure and continuous unnecessary lectures by higher officials even after good performance in Quality

One of the most good thing in this company is the job security and other work culture. Teammates are very much supportive and friendly. As a fresher one will got learn lots things.

There is very slow career growth and also salary scale is too low. Other thing is that work pressure is high and you have to give extra time to the company for which you will not be paid.
