Hence, No work-life balance - The accounts team deducts the salary for one or another reason or calculates the salary with errors - HR is un-professional and biased towards management and doesn't think that as any responsibility toward the employee - Assets are allocated on a temp basis only and can be taken aback anytime without caring about your task work or how you will as they don't have funds to buy some or don't want just want to burn money in marketing, players contract fees. - After putting in all your hard work, some manager will take the credit and make you feel like you did nothing - You will be constantly asked what you did and what were your contributions. Which is dramatic as you have worked with those people only. Who is asking this question to you? They will make you feel as if you did nothing. As they don't manage the records or use any project management tools - There's a web3 hoax in space and everybody who knows web3 will show as if they are the god of some sense in their attitude and you know nothing instead of helping you plus but they aren't solving any problem or know that web2 is more needed to complete the dev of the project than web3 libraries abstraction - The CEO is isolated from the team and only connects with PMs - PM doesn't even know what's an API and the Difference b/w Web App and Website
