There always a challenging problems, working on new tech stack. Good projects for freshers learners, this is good place to work but stress along with it

Poor onboarding Less guidance, everyone seem busy Work / Pay ratio is not good work from home culture is very less as this 24*7 market so sometimes you can have to work for weekends also.

Good in-office timing (10:00- 01:00 PM) but you have to stay longer at night(around 11:00 PM- 02 AM).

Dislikes

Some managers exhibit extreme rudeness, treating employees as if they were mere slaev and communicating disrespectfully. Similarly, the CEO's attitude mirrors this, with a belief that being the boss equates to being always right. The on-call duty is particularly daunting, often leaving one unable to rest due to its demanding nature. Moreover, the focus within the company seems solely fixated on delivery metrics rather than prioritizing code quality. Developers often find themselves coerced into completing tasks within unrealistic timeframes, with blame swiftly assigned to them if anything goes awry. Conversely, when things go smoothly, success is attributed to good leadership and management, further perpetuating this problematic cycle.
