...s are rigged and fake. I'm just happy that I'm not part of the company anymore. Don't fall for designation and salary hike. Please get in touch with existing and ex-employees, do a proper background check before you join.

There always a challenging problems, working on new tech stack. Good projects for freshers learners, this is good place to work but stress along with it

Poor onboarding Less guidance, everyone seem busy Work / Pay ratio is not good work from home culture is very less as this 24*7 market so sometimes you can have to work for weekends also.

The overall culture us very much of a startup. Fast deadlines and all, the benefit is quick learning and high responsibility.

The cons of a startup. Not having sufficient time for tasks. Work life balance is almost zero.

Likes

Good in-office timing (10:00- 01:00 PM) but you have to stay longer at night(around 11:00 PM- 02 AM).

Dislikes

Some managers exhibit extreme rudeness, treating employees as if they were mere slaev and communicating disrespectfully. Similarly, the CEO's attitude mirrors this, with a belief that being the boss equates to being always right. The on-call duty is particularly daunting, often leaving one unable to rest due to its demanding nature. Moreover, the focus within the company seems solely fixated on delivery metrics rather than prioritizing code quality. Developers often find themselves coerced into completing tasks within unrealistic timeframes, with blame swiftly assigned to them if anything goes awry. Conversely, when things go smoothly, success is attributed to good leadership and management, further perpetuating this problematic cycle.

My exposure towards product side of analytics. I worked with two diff. pods & that was a great addition to my learning curve.

Dislikes

Partiality with respect to growth of individuals. Even the CEO is biased towards his favourite chaps.
