...Working during sick leaves, weekends and vacations is the norm, with no respect. Company believes that paying a salary means owning employees time around the clock as a slave. Overemphasis on Optics – Great Place to Work certificates and reviews are manipulated and do not reflect reality. Terrible Team Outings – No team outings and somehow it happens then they are so poorly planned with inadequate facilities, including long restroom queues etc. Basic Infrastructure Issues – No proper parking, leading to conflicts with tech park security. Unfair Product Testing – Employees are expected to test products with their own money while the company spends millions on marketing. Lack of Transparency – Human Resources dept often misleads employees with ambiguous policies, serving more as a mouthpiece for upper management rather than a true advocate for the workforce, leading to erosion of trust. Poor Communication Culture – The workplace suffers from a lack of responsiveness, with employees frequently ignoring Slack DMs, making collaboration inefficient.

Mismanagement. People in higher levels are not experienced enough, so obvious they don't know the right criteria to judge. The WLB can be poor depending upon your team, it seems okay for them to work long hours even at night

Nothing to like anymore.

Dislikes

It used to be the BEST in everything. Now they only promote who is close to their leaders, who licks their toes. Performance does not matter. Even when they are laying off employees every other month, the non performers with bad habits are able keep their job. The leadership is absolutely pathetic. They don't know how to lead yet they're getting lakhs to rupees deposited to their bank account. Ideally in the tough times, a company would keep best performers with best attitude. It's the opposite here. And those who perform, gets slammed by their leadership
